"The Power of Women" with Lisa Gable Series

By: Lisa Gable for The House Magazine

Kicking off 2022's Women's History Month, we announced a special limited series from The House Magazine. We brought on former Cardinal client Lisa Gable to share her interview series with The House readership. Appropriately entitled "The Power of Women," the series discussed the achievements and accolades of numerous businesswomen at the C-Suite Level, and the professional and personal advice they would give to the magazine's readers.

We had the honor of producing and facilitating this series for Lisa, a former U.S. Ambassador and Wall Street Journal bestselling author. After the success of working with her team to market her bestselling book Turnaround: How To Change Course When Things Are Going South, it was clear that Lisa's insight, expertise, and time-tested professionalism would further elevate The House branding and readership.

Due to the success and recognition of the series, "The Power of Women" with Lisa Gable extended well past Women's History Month and into the early summer of 2022. Throughout the course of the series, Lisa interviewed a number of guests including Nancy Brinker, founder of the Founder of Susan G. Komen and Promise Fund of Florida, Liz Sara, President of SCORE Foundation, former Chair of the National Women’s Business Council; former Chair, Board of Advisors, Dingman Center of Entrepreneurship at the University of MD, and serial Business Mentor, and Sylvia Acevedo, former CEO of Girl Scouts of the USA, rocket scientist, and Corporate Director, among other notable guests.

From discussing uplifting themes of optimism to overcoming advertisity, Lisa and her guests shared their thoughts on subjects that are universally important to each and every individual. Among the many quotes we love from the series, we especially love this parting thought from guest interviewee Shannon Miller, a seven-time U.S. Olympic Medalist, cancer survivor, health advocate and mother:

"I hope that I can share with other women through speaking or example, that through hard work you truly can achieve amazing things. It may not always be easy, the road will have plenty of curves and hills, maybe even some potholes, but when you work hard, good things will happen." - Shannon Miller

A special thanks to Lisa Gable, the series' guest interviewees, and the team at The House.

The Great Meadow Foundation's 40th Anniversary Property Map

Among the many past projects we cherish, our facilitation in the production of the Great Meadow Property Map is one especially near and dear to our hearts. Working in collaboration with the Great Meadow team and renowned watercolor artist Lydia Schrader of LME Studios, the map was produced to welcome guests to the 2021 Fall International Gold Cup.

The map was a huge undertaking, having been planned nearly eight months out from its official unveiling at the 2021 steeplechase. The project required numerous site visits to the property, direct coordination with Former Great Meadow Foundation Executive Director Carrie Hull, and extensive research into the GMF Living History Archives located in the property's Summer House.

The 2021 Fall International Gold Cup was chosen as the event for the Property Map's unveiling to celebrate the upcoming 40th Anniversary of the Great Meadow Foundation. A momentous occasion, Great Meadow has served and continues to be a pillar of Virginia's Hunt Country community. From hosting guests at premier equestrian sporting events to dedicating its mission to preserving the property and promoting local Hunt Country conservation efforts, GMF and its team continue to inspire the community through goodwill, determination, and now through brand elevation and increased community outreach.

Thanks to their hard work and Lydia's incredible capture of the property's essence, GMF will continue to stand out amongst other local nonprofits for years to come. Still hanging outside the Spring House, the Property Map welcomes dogwalkers, event spectators, conservationists, and patrons alike. Guiding visitors around the property's unique features, this project serves a practical purpose in addition to an aesthetically branded one.

For addition details on our involvement in the production of the Great Meadow Property Map, please send us an inquiry. We would love to answer any questions or receive any feedback you may have.

A special thanks to Lydia Schrader, Carrie Hull, and the Great Meadow Foundation for helping to bring this project to life!

"Air Supply" by Hannah Rutti (Acapella Version)

The Front Row is Singapore's definitive virtual fashion festival. We had the pleasure of featuring former Cardinal client Hannah Rutti in celebrity photographer Filbert Kung's exhibit at the 2021 show. Rutti produced an acapella version of her original single "Air Supply" for Kung to utilize over this video submission to The Front Row. Capturing the picturesque and unparalleled majesty of Wyoming's natural beauty, "Air Supply" perfectly pairs with the editorial videography. Just like the mountain ranges of the American West, Rutti's vocals take our breath away.

Serving as the Creative Consultant on this project, our role was not only to bring forth Rutti's talent, but also to facilitate the production of the final version used in this editorial submission. We're certain that Rutti's musical talents and passion for songwriting will continue to garner her international recognition. Hear more from Hannah Rutti's Spotify here.

A special thanks to Hannah Rutti, Filbert Kung, The Front Row, Daniel Boey, and the editorial team behind the production of this piece.

Loudoun Therapeutic Riding's "Dining in the Dark" Fundraiser, 10/22

In October 2022, we were brought-on to assist Loudoun Therapeutic Riding Foundation in their social media + digital marketing efforts, community outreach, and event coverage for their first-ever "Dining in the Dark" event, hosted at Bourbon Bayou Kitchen. Raising funds for the organization's operational budget of their facilities, the evening consisted of inspiring family and rider testimonials, celebrity guest appearances, and a blinfolded five-course dinner. Celebrity guests included celebrity chef and Masterchef Season 3 Winner Christine Ha, American Idol finalist Scott MacIntyre, Youtuber, radio presenter, and film critic Tommy Edison, and Miss Virginia Victoria Chuah.

The premise of the event was to raise awareness for and shed light upon the blind experience, as many of the organization's clientele are impacted by cognitive, physical, and/or emotional challenges. It is our pleasure to announce that due to the successful marketing efforts on our behalf, we are actively working with LTR to plan a number of their upcoming 2023 events, including their "Putt For Ponies" Charity Golf Tournament in April and their "Boots & Bridles Barn Dance" in May.

A special thanks to the Loudoun Therapeutic Riding Foundation and Board.
